One of my clubs was damaged during shipping. Without any hesitation, TGIW sent me a replacement club within 10 days. Their clubs are beautiful, reasonably priced, and the team has a high degree of integrity.
The product quality is great.
However the product itself weighs over 6.5kg for a 4-6 kg product. Also a suggestion that the handle is a bit thicker thicker so grabbing it becomes a bit difficult
I bought the gada and sencha and samtola.. The quality of wood and overall feel is very good.
The delivery and packaging was also done very good.
The samtola is perfectly made and of good quality, liked it.
very satisfied with this seller. He took his time to answer my (many) questions, help me choose my mugdar, samtola and gada. I was expecting some beautiful objects, but it was even more beautiful when I received it, and the quality and weight is perfect.
I really liked the mudgar but I guess the handle could be a little slimmer - would cater to more people as not everyone had large hands to hold. Mine thankfully do. Overall great work.
I was expecting it to be good, but it was even much better. Beautiful product, heavy as I wished, i strongly recommand it
