Gada / Indian Mace

Gada or Indian mace, is a traditional wooden mace strength building equipment with deep roots in Indian martial and wrestling culture. Typically made with a long shaft and a heavy spherical head, Gada is swung, rotated, and used in leverage-based exercises to strengthen shoulders, arms, forearms, back, and grip. 

A gada is a weapon of many Indian deities.
