Samtola is like a wooden barbell. Originating from northern India, its a completely hand made equipment that takes 2 days to make one.
It has two hand grip. It can be used in 20+ ways for full body workout. The Samtola also be used like a Mudgar. Also spelt as Sumtola, in Sanskrit it means 'balance' (balanced weight in this context).

The product quality is great.
However the product itself weighs over 6.5kg for a 4-6 kg product. Also a suggestion that the handle is a bit thicker thicker so grabbing it becomes a bit difficult
I bought the gada and sencha and samtola.. The quality of wood and overall feel is very good.
The delivery and packaging was also done very good.

I really liked the mudgar but I guess the handle could be a little slimmer - would cater to more people as not everyone had large hands to hold. Mine thankfully do. Overall great work.
I was expecting it to be good, but it was even much better. Beautiful product, heavy as I wished, i strongly recommand it
