Hexa Samtola

Samtola (also spelled Sumtola) is a traditional Indian barbell or weighted wooden staff used for heavy lifts and lever-style training. Its long shaft allows both hands to grip at various positions, making it excellent for overhead presses, deadlifts, and strongman-style movements.
